摘要

Abstract

Polypropylene(PP)fiber is characterized by its lightweight,flexibility,high strength,chemical corrosion resistance,excellent electrical insulation,and good gas permeability.By incorporating sensitive materials onto PP fibers and integrating various flexible sensors,wearable smart textiles with practicality,cutting-edge features,and comfort can be fabricated.This review introduces PP fiber fabrics,sensing materials,as well as the fabrication processes and applications of PP fiber-based sensors.The sensitive materials used in PP fiber fabrics and PP fiber-based sensors are introduced,including metals and their derivatives,carbon materials,and conductive polymer materials.The fabrication processes of PP fiber-based sensors are also described,along with their applications in triboelectric nanogenerators,strain sensors,temperature sensors,as well as gas and humidity sensors.Future research should focus on the integrated design of sensing systems,the development of self-healing mechanisms for damage,and closed-loop recycling technologies for materials.
