摘要
Abstract
Bladder cancer(BCa)is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system,and its conventional treatment methods have many limitations.Chimeric antigen receptor T cell(CAR-T)therapy,as an emerging immunotherapy method,has achieved significant success in hematological malignancies and has brought new hope for the treatment of solid tumors.This article reviews the research progress of CAR-T cell therapy in the treatment of BCa,including the basic structure of CAR-T cells,potential therapeutic targets in bladder cancer,current chal-lenges and corresponding strategies.关键词
