生长激素在生殖障碍性疾病治疗中的应用进展
Progress in the application of growth hormone in the treatment of reproductive disorders
摘要
Abstract
Growth hormone(GH)plays a crucial role in the growth and development of the body.At present,its clinical application has been extended from the developmental retardation caused by GH deficiency in children to the treatment of adult related diseases,and GH is widely used in the field of reproductive medicine.In recent years,it has been reported that GH can exert physiological effects and regulate reproductive process by directly acting on GH receptor(GHR)or indirectly through insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1),but there is no uniform clinical application specification.This article mainly reviews the application mechanism and research progress of GH in the treatment of female and male reproductive disorders,aiming to provide reference and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of related diseases.关键词
