Exploration of Fiber Bragg Grating in Sensing of Turnout Switching Resistance
摘要
Abstract
Targeting at the problems of complex process of gauge setting and unstable sensing accuracy of commonly-used sensors of pin-shaft turnout switching resistance based on the strain gauge principles,this research examines sensors of pin-shaft turnout switching resistance based on the fiber Bragg grating principles.This paper analyzes the sensing principles of fiber Bragg grating and the force transfer mechanism of turnout switching equipment,elaborates on the structural characteristics of the relevant sensors,and designs the laying pathway of fiber Bragg grating.By optimizing the curvature radius of fiber Bragg grating through comparative experiments,this research verifies the accuracy of the relevant sensors.By conducting turnout switching tests,it also studies the consistency of test results of the proposed sensors of pin-shaft turnout switching resistance based on the fiber Bragg grating principles,and produces good experimental results,which has verified the feasibility of testing the turnout switching resistance by using the proposed sensors.关键词
