摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the cost and power consumption requirements of optical modules used inside data center,a single-lamb-da 100 Gb/s QSFP28 EML FR1 optical module is developed.The electrical interface of the module uses 4×25 Gb/s NRZ signals,and the optical interface uses 1×100 Gb/s PMA4 signal.The PAM4 DSP chip is used inside the module to realize the bidirectional conversion be-tween the NRZ signal and the PMA4 signal in the electrical domain,and one optical device is used to complete the photoelectric conver-sion in both the transmitter optical subassembly and the receiver optical subassembly.The overall structure,circuit design and optical de-vice design of the module are introduced in detail.The test principles,test methods and test results of the main parameters of the optical transmitter and optical receiver of the module are illustrated.The test results show that the module meets the requirements of the relevant standards.关键词
