Abstract
Currently,most router products on the market have dual-band integration functions,which are automatically navigated to connect to the 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz frequency band by the system.The industry generally uses the RSSI differential threshold strategy to trig-ger frequency band switching connection to maximize coverage capacity,but there are problems such as slow connection speed and un-even switching in actual use.To address the shortcomings of this function,a strategy mechanism for frequency-directed connection was designed by testing and verifying the feasibility of 5Ghz in penetrating walls and achieving high connection rates.By adopting the method of enhancing the frequency of 5Ghz beacon frame transmission to collect client support frequency attribute information,forming a Band-Steering terminal table,setting a 2.4Ghz access threshold limit,etc.,it is possible to achieve dual-band client-oriented locking connec-tion to the 5Ghz frequency band to maintain high-speed connection,normal access of single-band 2.4Ghz IoT and smart home devices,and provide a solid foundation for building a highly reliable real-time high-bandwidth intelligent connection.关键词
