Abstract
With the vigorous development of the low-altitude economy,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)are increasingly widely used in various fields of society.However,problems such as"unauthorized flights"and"random flights"of unmanned aerial vehicles have followed one after another,posing severe challenges to public safety,airspace management and information security.As a key force in maintaining low-altitude safety,public security organs need to rely on the policy and institutional framework,comprehensively apply ad-vanced technical means,and build an all-round and three-dimensional unmanned aerial vehicle communication and prevention and con-trol system.This paper systematically analyzes the key measures of public security organs in the field of unmanned aerial vehicle commu-nication and prevention and control from multiple dimensions such as the construction of the policy and regulation system,the optimiza-tion of communication technology,the innovation of detection and identification technology,the application of countermeasures technolo-gy,and the construction of the data fusion supervision platform.Combined with domestic and foreign practical experience,it deeply ex-plores the implementation path of the synergy of technology and policy.It aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for low-altitude safety governance.关键词
