人脑语言区和猕猴脑区的结构连通性研究
Study on Structural Connectivity between Language Areas of Human Brain and Macaque Brain Areas

Abstract
[Purposes]In order to explore the relationship between the language areas of human brain and the brain areas of macaque,oriented with linguistic functions,cross-species structural con-nectivity analyses of language areas in human brain are conducted one by one.[Methods]The struc-tural connections among the language region,the macaque brain region,and the predefined homolo-gous target brain region were constructed by the probabilistic fiber tracing method,the structural con-nection fingerprints were drawn and the similarity of the connection fingerprints were calculated sepa-rately,and finally the macaque brain region which is similar to the human brain language area was de-termined and the homology of the brain region was inferred.[Results]From the point of view of struc-tural connection,it is determined that the structure of Broca 44 is homologous to macaque brain 44,Broca 45 is homologous to macaque brain 45,angular gyrus is homologous to macaque brain Opt/PG,area 41/42 is homologous to macaque brain CM,posterior to area 21 is homologous to macaque brain CPB,anterior to area 21 is homologous to macaque brain IPa,posterior to area 22,anterior and posterior to superior temporal sulcus,and dorsolateral area 37 are homologous to macaque brain Tpt.关键词
