Research progress on the influencing factors of cerebral regional oxygen saturation of newborns monitored by near-infrared spectroscopy technology
摘要
Abstract
Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)monitoring cerebral regional oxygen saturation(CrSO2)plays a crucial role in assessing the balance of cerebral oxygen supply and demand in newborns,but the measured results are susceptible to interference from various factors.This article reviews the related influencing factors of CrSO2 monitoring by NIRS,including cerebral blood perfusion(such as cerebrovascular autonomic regulation ability,blood pressure,diseases,etc.),hemoglobin level,blood glucose,drugs,routine clinical operations and body position,skin color and neonatal jaundice,as well as other factors such as pain,altitude,and probe position and also introduces the basic principles of CrSO2 monitoring,which aims to provide a reference for the reasonable application of this technology in neonatal clinical practice.关键词
