摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Waixi Xieding Prescription in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods One hundred patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis treated in Renhuai Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine(Fluconazole Tablets),the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine(Waixi Xieding Prescription).The vaginal microecological index,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the two groups was statistically compared.Results After treatment,the levels of vaginal microecological indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main and secondary syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 78.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.00%,which was lower than 16.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Fluconazole Tablets combined with Waixi Xieding Prescription in patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis can regulate vaginal microecology,improve symptoms,with definite curative effect and low recurrence rate.关键词
