Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of transumbilical single-port laparoscopy in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroid and its influence on inflammatory factors and complications. Methods The clinical data of 94 patients with uterine fibroids in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with multi-port laparoscopic myomectomy, and the observation group was treated with transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy. The clinical indicators, the levels of inflammatory factors before and after surgery, the incidence of complications, and the prognostic effect of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group, the first anal exhaust time was shorter than that of the control group, and the numerical rating scale score at 1 day after operation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Three days after operation, the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the operation time, the incidence of postoperative fibroid residual cavity and missing resection of myoma<1 cm between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic myomectomy for patients with uterine fibroids can improve clinical indicators, reduce inflammatory response and complications.关键词
