新生儿重症监护室足月新生儿压疮发生情况及影响因素分析
Analysis of the occurrence and influencing factors of pressure ulcers in full-term neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit

Abstract
Objective To analyze the occurrence and influencing factors of pressure ulcers in full-term neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit(NICU).Methods A total of 200 full-term neonates who were hospitalized in the NICU,Neonatal Medical Center,Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The occurrence of pressure ulcers was statistically analyzed and they were divided into the pressure ulcers group and the normal group.The clinical data(gender,birth weight,whether surgery was performed,length of stay in the NICU,consciousness state,and breathing mode)of the two groups were compared.The logistic regression analysis was conducted on the items with statistically significant differences.Results Among the 200 included neonates,20 cases had pressure ulcers,accounting for 10.00%.No pressure ulcers occurred in 180 cases,accounting for 90.00%.There were no significant differences between the pressure ulcer group and the normal group in terms of gender,gestational age,mode of delivery,and whether the mother had pregnancy complications(P>0.05).There were significant differences between the pressure ulcer group and the normal group in terms of birth weight,length of stay in the NICU,whether consciousness was clear,and breathing mode(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that low birth weight,length of stay in the NICU≥7 days,unconsciousness,and mechanical ventilation were all risk factors of pressure ulcers in full-term neonates in the NICU(P<0.05).Conclusion Birth weight,length of stay in the NICU,state of consciousness and breathing mode are closely related to the occurrence of pressure ulcers in full-term neonates in the NICU,and clinical attention should be focused on these factors.关键词
