儿童哮喘控制不佳的影响因素分析

Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors for poor control of childhood asthma.Methods A total of 124 children with asthma admitted to Shishou People's Hospital from December 2022 to December 2024 were selected and followed up for 6 months after treatment.According to the results of the asthma control test(ACT),they were divided into the well-controlled group(71 cases,ACT 20-25 points)and the poorly-controlled group(53 cases,ACT<20 points).The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and logistic regression analysis was conducted on the influencing factors of poor asthma control.Results The proportion of disease course>3 years,poor medication compliance and air pollution in the residence in the poorly-controlled group was higher than that in the well-controlled group(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that a long disease course,poor medication compliance,and air pollution in the residence were risk factors for poor control of childhood asthma(P<0.05).Conclusion A long course of the disease,poor medication compliance and air pollution in the residence can easily lead to poor control of childhood asthma.Clinically,the above factors should be comprehensively considered when formulating management plans to enhance the control effect of childhood asthma.关键词
