摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with Ademetionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods From June 2021 to June 2024,120 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to the Ankang Hanbin District First Hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Sixty patients in the control group were treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid alone,and 60 patients in the study group were treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with Ademetionine.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bile metabolism indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of liver function indexes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The cesarean section rate and the incidence of preterm birth,neonatal asphyxia and fetal distress in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ursodeoxycholic Acid combined with Ademetionine in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can effectively relieve clinical symptoms,improve bile metabolism function,liver function,and the therapeutic effect,reduce the rate of cesarean section,which is of great significance to improve maternal and infant outcomes.关键词
