Abstract
Traditional methods are time-consuming and inefficient in the process of identifying abnormal data,so this paper studies a method of identifying abnormal data of mechanical equipment operation based on digital twins,aiming at building an efficient and intelligent abnormal identification system and providing solid technical support for the safe operation and maintenance and intelligent management of mechanical equipment.In this method,the AutoCAD is used to establish a three-dimensional model of mechanical equipment,and a digital twin mimetic model composed of geometric,behavioral,and physical process information is utilized to perform virtual-real mapping processing on the three-dimensional model of mechanical equipment,obtaining a digital twin model of mechanical equipment.The model runs synchronously with the physical entity to obtain real-time operation data of the physical entity mechanical equipment,and the data is input into the adversarial dual encoder network.The recognition result of abnormal operation data of the mechanical equipment is output by the iteration of the adversarial dual encoder.The experimental results show that the proposed method has strong capabilities in constructing digital twin models of mechanical equipment and virtual-real mapping.It can effectively obtain temperature data during the operation of mechanical equipment,and identify abnormal data of mechanical equipment operation with high KL scattering values,so the identification results are accurate.关键词
