Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]This paper conducts content analysis and in-depth discussion on the risk gover-nance policy of deploying AI within the U.S.federal government,explores its specific governance mechanism,factor coor-dination and other aspects,and provides inspiration and reference for the development direction and process of my country's government modernization under the background of human-intelligence collaboration.[Method/Process]Using online sur-vey,literature research and qualitative text analysis,this paper sorts out and analyzes the relevant content of the risk gover-nance policy for deploying AI within the U.S.federal government.Through text analysis and coding,a category system is constructed to parse the governance system into elements and mechanisms.The synergy and dynamic process of the gover-nance system are analyzed,and suggestions for reference are put forward for my country.[Result/Conclusion]The US fede-ral government's deployment of AI policy and regulations is still in its infancy,but it is enough to reflect its profound thinking and planning for the government's application of new technologies,and embodies the US's vision of leading the world in the intersection of technological advantages and government construction.Based on this,based on my country's national conditions and combined with the experience of the US federal government,focusing on the potential risks of govern-ment deployment of AI,this paper proposes optimization directions and countermeasures for the risk governance policy lay-out of government deployment of AI.关键词
