Identification of Key Influencing Factors of Encounter Health Information Utilization Behavior Among Middle-Aged and Elderly Social Media Users

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]To identify the key factors that affect the health information encounter utilization behavior of middle-aged and elderly social media users,and then to provide theoretical basis and practical countermea-sures for optimizing the health information service of middle-aged and elderly users.[Method/Process]First,30 middle-aged and elderly social media users were interviewed based on the semi-structured interview method to obtain the original research data.Secondly,the factors that affect the health information utilization behavior of middle-aged and elderly social media users are extracted,and the influence factor model is constructed.Finally,use the fuzzy DANP method to clarify the internal relationship of factors and quantify its weight.[Result/Conclusion]Based on the influence degree,influence degree,centrality degree,cause degree and weight ranking,the key influencing factors of health information utilization behavior such as information quality,information relevance,information relevance and health information demand are iden-tified,and the application countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.关键词
