区域数据要素价值化环境对企业创新质量的影响研究
Research on the Impact of Regional Data Element Valuation Environment on the Quality of Enterprise Innovation

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The impact of the value-forming process of regional data elements environment on enterprise innovation activities has become increasingly prominent.It is of great significance to explore how to improve the quality of enterprise innovation through the construction of high-quality data elements and the development of dynamic capabilities.[Method/Process]Based on the dynamic capability theory,with the panel data of China's listed companies from 2013 to 2023 as samples,the study constructed a full-process theoretical framework from six levels of regional data element value environment formation,creation,realization,promotion,circulation and sharing,and built an index from six dimensions:concept,ecosystem,capital,technology,market and platform.The study empirically tested the mecha-nism of action by means of fixed effect model,mediating effect model and heterogeneity analysis.[Result/Conclusion]The value formation of regional data elements environment significantly improves the quality of enterprise innovation and passes the robustness test.Mechanism tests show that the relationship between the two is realized by improving total factor produc-tivity and reducing innovation catering behavior.Heterogeneity analysis shows that labor-intensive and asset-intensive industry attributes inhibit the relationship between the two,while technology-intensive industry attributes strengthen their positive relationship.This study provides a reference for the application of dynamic capability theory in the digital economy and for enterprises to formulate data element strategies.关键词
