Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Targeting the risk dynamics of network public opinion,precisely capturing the emo-tional trajectory of collective fluctuations within massive opinion data to proactively implement cognitive risk prevention con-stitutes a strategic pivot point for both innovating public opinion guidance frameworks and enhancing network governance efficacy.[Method/Process]Addressing the low-probability characteristics of risks,this study proposed a"high-probability mindset for extreme events"research paradigm:First,investigated collective emotion evolution patterns in big-data envi-ronments through high-probability thinking to derive mathematical axioms of cognitive perception;subsequently,applied these axioms to deconstruct low-probability cognitive risks;ultimately,validated model robustness via five empirical big-data cases.[Result/Conclusion]The genesis of network opinion risks reflects the process of collective cognitive narrowing,whereas risk resolution entails modulating group affect toward cognitive broadening.By maximizing emotional entropy change,this study proposes preventive countermeasures to transform the opinion ecosystem into an information field for collec-tive cognitive emergence—prospectively neutralizing low-probability cognitive risks and providing actionable frameworks for innovating public opinion guidance paradigms and advancing network governance efficacy.关键词
