Promotion of Intelligent Healthcare Services Based on a Tripartite Evolutionary Game

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Generative Artificial Intelligence(GAI)has created a new technological environ-ment for intelligent diagnostic services.Online health platforms,users,and governments,as key stakeholders in the pro-motion of such services,must navigate complex interactions to evaluate their adoption value.This study enriches the theo-retical understanding of collaborative behaviors in platform economies and provides practical strategies to foster platform innovation and support the healthy development of the digital economy.[Method/Process]Using evolutionary game theory,this study examined the diverse cognitive attitudes and behavioral preferences of stakeholders in the promotion of intelligent diagnostic services.Through integrating prospect theory and innovation diffusion theory,the study modeled the perceived gains and loss preferences of game participants and the complex evolutionary dynamics of online health platforms.Simula-tion analysis was conducted to explore the evolutionary trajectories of platforms,users,and governments,which uncovered the intricate dynamics of their interactions.[Result/Conclusion]Results show that platforms,despite high initial costs and uncertain early market responses,tend to persist to achieve long-term strategic goals,while government incentives signifi-cantly reduce the time needed to reach a stable promotion state.However,users,influenced by subjective perceptions and the risks associated with healthcare innovations,require longer to adapt.Additionally,the promotion process reveals com-plex interdependencies among technological advancement,policy incentives,and trust levels.Multi-stakeholder collabora-tion accelerates the diffusion and adoption of intelligent diagnostic technologies through dynamic interactions among these factors.关键词
