5G Millimeter-wave 2×2 Array Antenna Based on Field-pair Cancellation Decoupling

Abstract
Aiming at the problem of mutual coupling in millimeter-wave high-density array antennas,a 2×2 microstrip patch array antenna based on field-pair cancellation decoupling technology is proposed.By embedding a rectangular slotted resonant structure between adjacent units,the design excites an anti-phase induced electric field to achieve electromagnetic energy destructive interference,thereby significantly improving the isolation of the unit.The antenna adopts a near-coupled feed and 1-to-4 T-junction network,which effectively expands the bandwidth and enhances the integration capability.The simulation results show that the impedance bandwidth of the antenna is 24.82~27.42 GHz,the relative bandwidth is 10.0%,and the matching is good.In the working frequency band,the gain is maintained above 7.5 dBi,the cross polarization level is significantly reduced,and the radiation characteristics are excellent.This scheme provides an effective decoupling path for millimeter-wave highly integrated array antennas,which is suitable for communication systems with strict requirements for broadband and miniaturization.关键词
