Abstract
Aiming at the shape detection requirements of typical ship-borne annular phased array antenna,a detection system is designed in this paper.The system uses the articulated arm robot to drive the three-dimensional optical scanning probe for measurement,and at the same time,the spatial position and attitude of the probe are positioned by a visual tracking scheme composed of four cameras.By optimizing the camera layout scheme,the measurement space is maximized under the premise of ensuring the tracking and positioning accuracy.According to the system requirements,an improved calibration algorithm is proposed.While ensuring the calibration accuracy,the speed and accuracy of the system calibration are significantly improved by optimizing the algorithm flow,improving the design of the marker point arrangement and simplifying the calibration steps.The digital simulation experiment shows that the system has high measurement accuracy and strong feasibility.关键词
