摘要

Abstract

With the exponential growth of the scale and complexity of environmental monitoring data,Machine Learning has become an effective means for processing environmental Big Data.However,the interdisciplinary cognitive difference limits the in-depth application of machine learning methods in environmental research.This study proposes a"DeepSeek+Machine Learning+environment"collaborative paradigm.Taking the data of the national environmental air quality automatic monitoring network in Wuhan in 2023 as an example,the DeepSeek platform is used to complete the whole process of data preprocessing,LSTM/XGBoost modeling,training and hyperparameter optimization.The final model RMSE is 6.475 and R2 is 0.871,which is 10.56%higher than the benchmark XGBoost.This result significantly reduces the technical threshold for non-computer background researchers to apply Machine Learning.
