Abstract
With the continuous development of mechanical processing technology,CNC programming plays an increasingly important role in modern manufacturing.However,in the NX CAM CNC programming process,setting cutting parameters is a tedious and crucial task.The traditional manual input method for cutting parameters is inefficient,heavily reliant on programmers'experience,making it difficult to ensure parameter rationality and standardization.This can easily cause quality fluctuations in the same batch of parts and makes it hard to accumulate and reuse enterprise process knowledge.This paper proposes a solution based on Siemens NX secondary development technology.By establishing a local database of tool cutting parameters and combining the functions provided by Siemens NX secondary development tool NX/Open API,automatic setting of tool cutting parameters is achieved.This method significantly improves programming efficiency and processing quality,providing an effective and reliable solution for the intelligence of CNC programming.关键词
