Design and Implementation of the Performance Management Platform for Water Conservancy Development Fund

Abstract
Performance management of water conservancy development funds is a key link in improving the implementation effect of water conservancy projects and the efficiency of fund utilization.To address the current issues such as low data reporting efficiency and great difficulties in quality control in the performance management of water conservancy development funds in Guangdong Province,this paper adopts a microservice-based software development method to design and implement a data collection,reporting,quality inspection and audit platform for the performance management of water conservancy development funds.By integrating functional modules including project reserve management,performance target management,operation monitoring management,performance evaluation management and evaluation result feedback,the platform realizes an integrated management model of filling,reporting,supervising and evaluating.Based on rule-driven online quality inspection and audit services,it effectively improves the efficiency of performance management data collection and the reliability of result quality,providing strong technical support for the scientific management and precise decision-making of water conservancy development funds in Guangdong Province.关键词
