Abstract
DeepSeek provides a new opportunity for the localization deployment and application development of Large Language Model with its powerful reasoning and text understanding capability,low API costs,and low computing power requirement.This paper focuses on the technical path and implementation method of using DeepSeek to build local knowledge base,and focuses on how to build a library local knowledge base with complete knowledge structure,excellent performance and accurate output through DeepSeek and Ollama.The text comprehension ability and hardware requirements of the local knowledge base are tested aiming to provide technical and practical reference for the construction of local knowledge base and institutional knowledge base based on DeepSeek.This research helps libraries to shift AI from theoretical discussion to practical implementation.关键词
