Exploration of"Artificial Intelligence+"in the Course Teaching of PLC Principles and Applications

Abstract
With the rapid development of industrial automation technology,the importance of the PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)course in engineering education has become increasingly prominent.Traditional teaching models,constrained by limited hardware resources and high levels of abstraction,struggle to meet students'individualized learning needs.This paper proposes the deep integration of AI(Artificial Intelligence)models into PLC teaching.By leveraging the"Rain Classroom"AI platform,innovative applications such as Knowledge Graph construction,AI-assisted lectures,virtual simulation platforms,and AI evaluation tools are implemented,complemented by hands-on practice with physical equipment to overcome teaching bottlenecks.Practice has shown that AI technology significantly enhances students'knowledge correlation ability,understanding ability of programming logic,and efficiency in engineering practice,providing new insights for the reform of engineering education in the intelligent era.关键词
