中草药益精方对种公牛精液品质的影响
Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Yijing Formula on the Semen Quality of Breeding Bulls
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the improvement effect of Compound Yijing Formula on the semen quality of breeding bulls.Four healthy breeding bulls were selected.A total of 156 sperm collection data from the three months before medication(December 2023-February 2024)were collected as the baseline.After continuous administration of the Yijing Formula for 60 days,113 valid sperm collection data from April to July 2024 were recorded.Core indicators such as sperm density,original sperm motili-ty,and frozen sperm production were compared.The results show that After medication,the semen quality of the 4 bulls was significantly improved.The frozen sperm production increased by 85.7％(421.3±184.6 vials vs 226.8±107.4 vials),and the vitality of the original sperm increased by 18.8％(0.57±0.05 vs 0.48±0.08).After freezing,the motility increased by 21.9％(0.39±0.03 vs 0.32±0.09),the sperm density increased by 31.2％(13.15±338 million/mL vs 10.02±281 million/mL),and the abnormal semen rate decreased by 76.8％(5.3％vs 22.8％).Research suggests that Yijing Formula can significantly enhance the semen production and quality stability of breeding bulls,and its effect on improving semen quality during the hot summer period is particularly prominent.关键词
