Abstract
In recent years, the African swine fever epidemic has severely impacted China's pig industry.Although epidemic control has achieved significant success with production capacity largely restored, many pig farms hastily constructed during the 2019-2020 profit surge now face shutdowns or partial closures due to substandard infrastructure and outdated facilities. For in-stance,in Linyou county,Shaanxi province,a total of 68 large-scale livestock farms have been established,21 of which have en-countered development bottlenecks due to inadequate facilities, resulting in resource wastage and economic losses.Based on an investigation into the current state of pig farming in the county, this paper analyzes key constraints to farm upgrading,particu-larly land use and environmental policies. It further proposes a series of targeted renovation strategies, including improvements to housing structures, integration of automated equipment, implementation of waste treatment and resource utilization systems, establishment of biosecurity measures, policy and resource coordination, and cost control mechanisms. These comprehensive technical and management upgrades aim to enhance production efficiency and resilience of large-scale pig farms, thereby sup-porting rural revitalization and increasing farmers' income.关键词
