基于响应面法优化虎杖苷巴布剂的处方
Optimization of the Prescription of Polydatin Cataplasm Based on Response Surface Method

Abstract
Objective To optimize the preparation of polydatin cataplasm by response surface methodology.Methods Physical and sensory evaluations were used as indicators to assess the performance of the patch.The Plackett-Burman screening design was employed to i-dentify significant factors affecting the formulation,followed by optimization using the Box-Behnken response surface methodology.Results The Plackett-Burman screening identified carbomer,sodium poly acrylate,and polyethylene glycol 400 as significant factors.The optimal for-mulation ratio determined by the Box-Behnken design was carbomer∶polyethylene glycol 400∶sodium polyacrylate∶aluminum hydroxyglyci-nate∶glycerin∶tartaric acid∶laurocapram∶polydatin=11∶127∶90∶7∶30∶1∶27∶10.The prepared patch exhibited excellent overall perform-ance,with moderate initial adhesion and no skin residue.Conclusion This study successfully optimized the matrix composition of the polyda-tin plaster using response surface methodology,resulting in a formulation with high stability,thereby offering a novel strategy for the transder-mal drug delivery systems of traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
