Abstract
Objective To explore the ideal clinical anesthesia plan for gastroscopy examination and analyze the effect of opioid drugs combined with propofol.Methods A total of 1000 subjects underwent painless gastroscopy.They were divided into two groups based on the clinical anesthesia plan,with 500 subjects in the control group receiving propofol anesthesia,while 500 cases in the observation group were anesthetized with butorphanol combined with propofol.The vital signs,anesthesia onset time,consciousness recovery time,orientation recover-y time,and adverse reaction incidence rates of the two groups were observed.Results Before the examination,there was no statistically signif-icant difference in the vital signs between the two groups(P＞0.05).During and after the examination,the vital signs of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The anesthesia onset time,consciousness recovery time and orientation recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group.The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(all P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of butorphanol combined with propofol in clinical anesthesia for gastroscopy can stabilize vital signs during the examination,shorten the onset and recovery time of anesthesia,and reduce adverse reac-tions to anesthesia.关键词
