Abstract
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of Hysteroscopic electrotomy in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 100 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding admitted to a provincial tertiary hospital over the past six months were randomly assigned to treatment groups.The control group(n=50)received hysteroscopic curettage,the observation group(n=50)treated with Hysteroscopic electrotomy.The overall effective rate,menstrual flow scores before and after treatment,length of hospital stay,sur-gical time,intraoperative blood loss,and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The overall efficacy rate in the obser-vation group was 96.00％,significantly higher than the 84.00％in the control group(P＜0.05).Post-treatment menstrual flow scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).No statistically significant differences were observed in hospitalization time,surgical time,and blood loss between the observation and the control groups(P＞0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 2.00％,which was lower than that in the control group(16.00％)(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with hysteroscopic curet-tage,Hysteroscopic electrotomy shows better efficacy and safety in treating abnormal uterine bleeding,making it a valuable treatment option.关键词
