小檗碱在癌症治疗中的研究进展
Research Progress of Berberine in Cancer Treatment
摘要
Abstract
Cancer is one of the leading fatal diseases worldwide.Berberine(BBR),a type of isoquinoline alkaloid,is widely found in natural plants such as Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron amurense.The available data indicate that BBR exhibits significant anti-tumor effects in various types of cancers.It achieves this by inducing autophagy in cells,inhibiting the proliferation of tumor cells,inducing apopto-sis and necroptosis,as well as by inhibiting the migration and invasion of tumor cells,regulating the tumor microenvironment and the intesti-nal microbiota.This paper systematically reviews the research on BBR in the treatment of various cancers,By analyzing the pharmacological basis and core anti-cancer mechanism of BBR,exploring its effects on different types of cancer,it also focuses on discussing the combined treatment plans for cancer and the current clinical research status,the future of clinical research and new BBR dosage forms are prospected.关键词
