摘要

Abstract

As 6G wireless networks demand higher spectral efficiency,energy efficiency,and security,the integration of reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)and non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA)has emerged as a prominent research area.This paper systematically surveys research advances in achieving physical layer security(PLS)for RIS-assisted NOMA systems.RIS proactively reshapes wireless channels by dynamically controlling electromagnetic reflecting elements,transcending conventional channel adaptation limitations,while NOMA enhances spectral efficiency through power-domain multiplexing.Their synergy optimizes channel conditions,enlarges inter-user channel differences,and exhibits distinctive advantages for PLS enhancement.The paper first highlights the importance of PLS in RIS-NOMA systems for security-critical applications including industrial IoT.It then comprehensively analyzes the state-of-the-art across five dimensions:theoretical foundations and system modeling,performance optimization and architectural evolution,resource allocation and energy efficiency strategies,channel correlation and non-ideal factor analysis,and PLS performance evaluation with enhancement mechanisms.Finally,future research directions are discussed in light of technological trends and practical deployment requirements.
