药食同源中药薏苡仁在痰湿质肥胖干预中的应用探究
Application of Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),a Chinese medicine of food-medicine homology,in the intervention of obese constitution
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of TCM constitution,this study systematically reviewed ancient medical texts and modern research findings in TCM to explore the correlation between dampness constitution and the onset of obesity.Meanwhile,an in-depth investigation was conducted into the pharmacological properties and the characteristics of medicine-food homology of Yiyiren(Coicis Semen),thereby demonstrating its feasibility in alleviating obesity across different constitutional types.The research results indicate that Yiyiren(Coicis Semen)is indeed a viable option for the treatment of obesity.关键词
