Traceability and practical value of Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)from the perspective of food-medicine homology
摘要
Abstract
As a traditional substance of medicine-food homology,Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)has seen its modern medicinal and dietary values widely validated in practice.This study systematically explores the practical value of Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)in the medical and food sectors from three dimensions:historical traceability,key active ingredients,and modern applications.It further unveils the potential of Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)as a natural functional food ingredient in various health domains,including visual function protection,liver injury repair,and the regulation of blood glucose and lipids.With promising prospects in chronic disease prevention,functional food development,and health management,Gouqizi(Lycii Fructus)is poised to become a crucial bridge linking traditional health preservation practices with modern medical science.关键词
