基于数据挖掘的产后缺乳中医食疗药膳用药规律研究
Medication rules of Chinese medicine dietary therapy and medicinal diet for postpartum hypogalactia based on data mining

Abstract
Objective To analyze the medication rules in Chinese medicine dietary therapy and medicinal diet for treating postpartum hypogalactia.Methods Based on the relevant formulas recorded in the Great Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulas,Complete Collection of Chinese Dietary Therapy Recipes,and Great Dictionary of Chinese Medicinal Diets,information such as formula names,compositions,dosage forms,and sources was extracted.The TCM Inheritance Support Computing Platform was utilized to conduct statistical analyses on the frequency,nature,flavor,meridian affinity,and efficacy distribution of the drugs,as well as to explore the medication rules in formula compositions using association rules and K-means clustering analysis.Results A total of 278 formulas were included,involving 298 types of medicinal and food ingredients.High-frequency ingredients included pig trotters(67 times),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)(54 times),and Tongcao(Tetrapanacis Medulla)(43 times),among others.The nature was predominantly cold,warm,and neutral,with bitter and sweet tastes,and they mostly acted on the stomach and liver meridians.The primary effects were tonifying deficiency and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis.Association rule analysis(with a support of 15 and a confidence of 0.8)identified 14 core drug pair combinations,with the top three being"Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Wangbuliuxing(Vaccariae Semen)","Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)",and"Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Chuanshanjia(Squama Mantitis)".Further association rule analysis of the obtained drug combinations revealed the top three as"Wangbuliuxing(Vaccariae Semen),Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)->Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)","Chuanshanjia(Squama Mantitis),Wangbuliuxing(Vaccariae Semen)->Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)",and"Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma)->Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)".Clustering analysis evolved three core medicinal diet combinations:yellow rice wine-rice-carp-crucian carp-shrimp;Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Tongcao(Tetrapanacis Medulla)-Huangqi(Astragali Radix)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)-Chuanxiong(Chuanxiong Rhizoma);pig trotters-Chuanshanjia(Squama Mantitis)-Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)-Wangbuliuxing(Vaccariae Semen)-Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).Conclusion Chinese medicine dietary therapy for postpartum hypogalactia centers on"tonifying qi and blood,promoting blood circulation to induce lactation",commonly using drugs that tonify deficiency and promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis,with an emphasis on balancing drug properties and synergistic meridian affinity.关键词
