高温环境下3种战救药品注射液的稳定性研究
Stability study of three injectable combat medicines under high-temperature conditions

Abstract
Objective To provide rational recommendations for the storage and management of combat medicines by medical units,and thus to enhance medical support effectiveness through investigating the stability changes of the medicines under high-temperature conditions of military operations.Methods The selected medicines were respectively placed in high-temperature conditions of 35,45 and 55 ℃.Samples were collected at indicated time points,and the content was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography.Results Lidocaine hydrochloride injection and tranexamic acid injection demonstrated good stability at 35,45 and 55 ℃,with content measurements meeting the required standards.Dopamine hydrochloride injection maintained acceptable content levels at 35,45 and 55 ℃,but impurity peaks occurred.Conclusion Current storage of combat medicines still requires strict adherence to established protocols.The stability of these medicines is insufficient to fully meet the demands of military medical support.In the future,guidance protocols for the stability of combat medicines under specific military environmental conditions should be developed to improve the effectiveness of pharmaceutical support provided by medical units operating in field conditions.关键词
