Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnosis of the shape and course variation of large intestine by ultrasonic enterography,and to provide reference for the early detection of large intestine diseases.Methods 297 patients with suspected colorectal diseases admitted to Zhongguancun Hospital in Beijing from February 2022 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects.All patients received routine abdominal ultrasound examination,ultrasonic intestinal filling contrast examination and colonoscopy,and the results of colonoscopy were taken as the gold standard to analyze the accuracy of ultrasonic intestinal filling contrast examination on the shape and course variation of large intestine.Results The results of colonoscopy showed that there were 6 cases with abnormal walking and 291 cases with normal morphology.The results of routine abdominal ultrasound examination showed that there were 3 cases with abnormal walking and normal morphology and 294 cases with sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 33.33%,99.65%and 98.32%respectively.The results of ultrasonic enterography showed that there were 6 cases with abnormal walking and 291 cases with normal morphology,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were all 100.00%.Compared with the results of colonoscopy,the Kappa values of routine abdominal ultrasound,ultrasonic intestinal filling contrast examination and colonoscopy were 0.440 and 1.000 respectively.The results of ultrasonic enterography and colonoscopy are consistent.The results of ultrasonic intestinal cavity filling contrast examination showed that among the 297 subjects included in this study,there were 5 patients with redundant sigmoid colon,all of whom showed more mucosal folds;The descending colon was"U"shaped,and the left curvature of the colon was"W"shaped in 1 case,which showed that the descending colon was"long and tubular with slightly fewer folds".Compared with the three examination methods,ultrasonic enterography is more expensive and takes longer(P＜0.05).Conclusion In evaluating the shape and course of large intestine,ultrasonic intestinal filling contrast examination can achieve a highly consistent effect with colonoscopy,which is helpful to judge the disease of large intestine in time and facilitate the implementation of follow-up treatment measures.However,this examination is expensive and takes a little longer,so it can be considered comprehensively in combination with the patient's situation.关键词
