Abstract
Objective To explore influencing factors of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)effect in patients with cardiogenic cardiac arrest(CA).Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiogenic CA admitted to the hospital were retrospectively enrolled as the research objects between March 2021 and March 2024,and they were divided into success group(CPR success)and failure group(CPR failure).The differences in CA related data between the two groups were compared.The basic clinical data in the two groups were statistically analyzed by univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis,and optimized nursing strategies were proposed.Results In the 80 patients,there were 33 cases with CPR success and 47 cases with CPR failure.There were significant differences in age,body mass index(BMI),places of onset,mass CPR,CA time before resuscitation,emergency response time,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and types of initial heart rhythm between success group and failure group(P＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that increased age,prolonged CA time before resuscitation and emergency response time,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and cardiac arrest/pulseless electrical activity(type of initial heart rhythm)were risk factors of rescue failure(P＜0.05).Conclusion Advanced age,prolonged CA time before resuscitation and emergency response time,cardiovascular and cerebrovasculardiseases and cardiac arrest/pulseless electrical activity(type of initial heart rhythm)are risk factors of CPR failure in patients with cardiogenic CA.Clinically,nursing process can be optimized by enhancing public health education and shortening emergency response time.关键词
