摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with neurological drugs on neurological function and quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction during treatment. Methods A total of 82 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from May 2022 to December 2023 were selected as samples for the study. They were randomly assigned into a study group(low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with standard neurological drug treatment)and a control group(standard neurological drug treatment),with 41 cases in each group.Differences in neurological function, quality of life, cognitive function, and incidence of complications were analyzed. Results After 2 weeks,1 month, and 3 months of treatment, the NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the study group scores were lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 2 weeks,1 month, and 3 months of treatment, theBarthel Index(ADL)scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the study group scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After 1 month and 3 months of treatment, the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the study group scores were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-frequency electrical stimulation combined with neurological drug treatment for acute cerebral infarction can significantly improve neurological function, quality of life, and cognitive function, and reduce the incidence of complications, which has clinical significance.关键词
