摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical value of ademetionine1,4-butanedisulfonate for injection in patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with cholestasis. Methods Ninety-four patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with cholestasis treated at Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were enrolled and randomly assigned by a random number table to a study group(ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate+conventional treatment)and a control group(conventional treatment),with 47 cases in each group.Differences in liver function, time to disappearance of clinical symptoms, bile metabolism, and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results After treatment, total bilirubin(TBIL),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and γ-glutamyl transferase(GGT)levels in both groups were lower than before treatment, and albumin(ALB)levels were higher than before treatment. The study group had lower TBIL,ALT,ALP,AST,and GGT levels and higher ALB levels than the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The times to disappearance of pruritus and jaundice were shorter in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, total bile acid(TBA)levels in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the study group had lower levels than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group showed no statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with chronic hepatitis B cirrhosis with cholestasis, ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate has significant clinical value. It can improve liver function and bile metabolism, shorten the time to disappearance of pruritus and jaundice, and has a good safety profile.关键词
