摘要

Abstract

The normalization of the hair follicle regeneration process is a key prerequisite for maintaining healthy ani-mal hair growth and ensuring the yield and quality of animal down,as well as one of the important aspects of hair growth and development.As a kind of non-coding RNA,lncRNA(Long non-coding RNA)is involved in the regula-tion of numerous biological processes,including the process of animal hair follicle regeneration.This paper reviewed the research progress of lncRNAs in animal hair follicle regeneration in recent years,focusing on their important regula-tory functions in hair follicle regeneration in mice,goats,sheep and rabbits by participating in the ceRNA(Competitive endogenous RNA)regulatory network,directly regulating the signaling pathway,and other modes of action,aiming at providing a new way to promote the genetic improvement of hair-related traits and to improve the yield and quality of animal hair.
