牦牛THSD7B和COL26A1基因多态性与生长性状的关联分析
Association Analysis of THSD7B and COL26A1 Gene Polymorphisms with Growth Traits in Yaks

Abstract
THSD7B and COL26A1 genes play important roles in the cytoskeleton.To investigate the association be-tween THSD7B gene g.84555712 C>G locus and COL26A1 gene g.7881848 G>A locus polymorphisms and growth traits in yaks,in this study,the THSD7B gene g.84555712 C>G locus and COL26A1 gene g.7881848 G>A locus of 200 Niangya yaks were amplified by PCR and genotyped by PARMS.IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software was used to analyze the correlation between different gene loci and growth traits such as body weight,withers height,body length and chest girth of yaks.The results showed that there were three genotypes of CC,CG and GG at g.84555712 C>G lo-cus of THSD7B gene.The dominant allele and genotype were C and CC,and their frequencies were 0.855 and 0.775,respectively.The THSD7B gene g.84555712 C>G locus was a low polymorphic locus and was in Hardy-Weinberg dise-quilibrium state(P<0.05).There were three genotypes GG,GA and AA at g.7881848 G>A locus of COL26A1 gene.The dominant allele and genotype were G and GG,and the frequencies were 0.958 and 0.930,respectively.The g.7881848 G>A locus of COL26A1 gene belonged to low ploymorphic locus and was in Hardy-Weinberg disequilibrium state(P<0.05).The results of association analysis showed that the g.84555712 C>G locus of THSD7B gene was signifi-cantly correlated with body weight,withers height,body length and chest girth of yak(P<0.01).The g.7881848 G>A locus of COL26A1 gene was significantly correlated with body weight,withers height and chest girth of yaks(P<0.01),and the growth traits were significantly increased after mutation.In conclusion,the polymorphisms of THSD7B and COL26A1 genes were found to be significantly associated with growth traits in yaks,which revealed that the two genes may be potential candidate genes affecting growth traits in yaks.关键词
