对10株鸭源H3N6亚型禽流感病毒的遗传分析
Genetic Analysis on 10 Strains of Duck-origin H3N6 Subtype Avian Influenza Viruses

Abstract
In order to identify the molecular characteristics of H3N6 subtype avian influenza viruses(AIVs)in Hunan Province,the HA and NA genes of 10 strains of H3N6 subtype AIVs isolated from ducks in live poultry markets in 2023 were sequenced and genetically analyzed.The results showed that all the HA cleavage sites were PEKQTR/GLF with typical molecular characteristics of low-pathogenicity avian influenza viruses(LPAIVs),and contained 6 potential glycosylation sites;phylogenetic analysis of the HA and NA4 genes revealed that all the strains clustered into 3 and 4 distinct clades,respectively,indicating multiple origins of all the genes and possible genetic reassortment in some strains.It was recommended to continuously monitor H3 subtype AIVs,in particular,its role in ecological diversity,such as viral recombination.关键词
