细菌总RNA提取方法研究进展
Advances in the Methods for Total Bacteria RNA Isolation

Abstract
Ribonucleic acid(RNA),as a crucial genetic material in bacteria,not only participates in cellular metabolic processes,but also plays an important role in bacterial gene expression and functional regulation.Successful isolation of RNA is a key for downstream molecular biology research,although isolation of high-quality RNA is a challenge due to its unstable structure and ubiquitous presence of ribonucleases(RNases).To this end,Trizol,enzymatic lysis,cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTAB),sodium dodecyl sulfate-hot phenol(SDS hot-phenol)and other bacteria RNA isolation methods were developed,but prone to different application scenarios due to their differences in terms of time consumption,cost,RNA output and purity,operational complexity and applicable bacterial species.Here,the characteristics of common bacteria RNA isolation methods,problems found during isolation,and application scenarios of all the methods were reviewed,aiming to provide a reference for bacteria RNA isolation.关键词
