Abstract
As a new type of fundamental force driving the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature,new-quality natural forces promote deep-seated changes in energy paradigms,ecological values,and spatial utilization patterns by integrating scientific and technological innovation and institutional innovation in natural resource governance.Based on the explanation of the connotation of new-quality natural forces and their interactive relationship with new-quality productive forces,this article systematically analyzes the practical basis and current challenges in their development,and proposes that the leading role of the natural resources management departments should be fully leveraged,the overall thinking and implementation paths for theoretical construction should be clarified,and theoretical innovation and institutional design should be advanced in key areas such as comprehensive governance of natural resources,land,minerals,oceans,mapping,and forestry and grassland,providing systematic theoretical support and governance strategies for achieving high-quality and sustainable development.关键词
