Four-dimensional coupling:path optimization for chronic disease prevention and control from the perspective of behavioral public administration
摘要
Abstract
With the high global incidence of chronic diseases,traditional chronic disease prevention and control face significant challenges due to behavioral inertia and policy implementation gaps.This study adopts a behavioral public administration perspective to address these issues.It constructs a four-dimensional analytical framework-behavioral motivations,technological tools,organizational arrangements,and institutional design-highlighting their dynamic interactions.Accordingly,the study proposes an optimized prevention path,including designing behavior-oriented intervention policies,achieving synergistic adaptation between technology and institu-tions,optimizing collaborative governance mechanisms,and preventing unintended consequences of policies.It of-fers a new lens to understand and shape chronic disease control projects.关键词
