安宁疗护理念的推广现状及对策研究
Promotion status and countermeasures of hospice care concepts:A survey conducted in Tianjin

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of hospice care concept dis-semination,and to propose recommendations to promote public awareness,so as to facilitate the healthy develop-ment of hospice care services by rectifying societal misconceptions.Methods A questionnaire survey was conduc-ted among Tianjin residents focusing on four dimensions:cultural cognition of hospice care,social support sys-tems,practical service demands,and concept promotion status.Correlation analysis and structural equation model-ing(SEM)were employed to examine variable relationships.Results Among 1,559 valid questionnaires collect-ed(94.31%response rate),significant positive correlations were identified among primary dimensions(P<0.001).Cultural cognition,practical demands,and social support demonstrated substantial positive influences on concept promotion.Conclusions Current hospice care development faces tripartite challenges:public acceptance barriers,knowledge dissemination difficulties,and service implementation obstacles.Strategic recommendations include:1)Dismantling outdated perceptions of death through modern life philosophy education to establish cogni-tive foundations;2)Implementing multi-pronged publicity campaigns coordinating community,medical profes-sionals,and governmental resources to enhance information coverage;3)Establishing an efficient hospice care service system to improve accessibility,thereby achieving the transition from conceptual advocacy to societal con-sensus.关键词
