基于CiteSpace的2014-2024年我国老年慢性病管理研究的可视化分析
Visualized Analysis of Research on Elderly Chronic Disease Management in China from 2014 to 2024 Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the current research status,hotspots,and frontiers in the field of chronic disease management among the elderly in China.Methods A search was conducted in three Chinese da-tabases-China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP Informa-tion Resource System-for literature on chronic disease management among the elderly in China from 2014 to 2024.After screening the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,CiteSpace visualization soft-ware was used to analyze the number of publications,institutions,keywords,etc.,and corresponding knowledge maps were drawn.Results A total of 2 483 relevant articles on chronic disease management among the elderly in China were included.The number of publications in this field showed an overall upward trend from 2014 to 2024.The number of large clusters of collaborating institutions was still relatively low.The research hotspots mainly fo-cused on two major themes:the health status of the elderly and the management of health services for the elderly.The management of multimorbidity in the elderly population has emerged as a new frontier theme in this field.Con-clusion With the deepening of the exploration of chronic disease management among the elderly in China,the field has been comprehensively promoted towards wider,more systematic,and hierarchical development.There has been a gradual shift from"treatment"to"governance",highlighting a stronger emphasis on the concept of ac-tive health throughout the entire life cycle.This has provided strong support for the establishment of an elderly health service system that meets the needs of China's new era of aging.关键词
